Sicilian Oregano
Over the years, the production of dried Sicilian oregano has remained the flagship product of the La Valle degli Aromi farm in Aragona. Oregano grown in Sicily is known for its aromatic qualities, which intensify after drying: its aroma and flavor are particularly pleasant and characterized by an unmistakable balsamic note. The oregano grown by La Valle degli Aromi is of the vulgaris variety, Heracleodicum species, extremely prized and with a very intense aroma. From a nutritional standpoint, this spice combats intestinal fermentation and stimulates the appetite.
